Lessons are available by appointment, Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours to suit your schedule. We recommend booking early — spots fill up quickly, especially around road-test season. Your lesson times are confirmed once your package is registered.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged for the booked session, as that time is reserved exclusively for you.
All packages are prepaid before the first lesson and prices are listed before GST. Pricing varies slightly by service area. We'll confirm the exact total for your package and location at registration.
Please be ready at the agreed time and location. Lessons begin and end as scheduled, so a late start may shorten your session. No-shows without notice are charged as a completed lesson.
A clean, well-maintained vehicle is available to rent for your government road test, subject to availability. We recommend a warm-up lesson immediately before the test. The vehicle must be reserved in advance.
We promote a positive, diverse and inclusive learning environment. Students should arrive ready to learn, free of any impairment, and treat instructors with respect. Our instructors are committed to being patient, professional and supportive at every lesson.
Please bring valid identification and any required learner documentation to each lesson, and advise us in advance of any condition that may affect your driving. Lessons may be rescheduled in unsafe weather at the instructor's discretion.
Unused, prepaid lesson hours may be eligible for a refund or credit, less any completed sessions and applicable fees. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation — we'll always aim to find a fair solution.
